I want to have a food business at Alchemist Public Market (in the food pods, kitchen, retail store, etc.)
We are glad to hear it! We anticipate a high level of demand for the amenities to be provided at Alchemist Public Market, particularly the kitchen and the food pods. When we open in 2025 and from that point forward, first priority will be given to businesses in our Alchemist Kitchen Incubator Program and second priority will be give to graduates of our Alchemist Microenterprise Academy (AMA). To join the Incubator Program, you must first graduate from AMA. We offer two 12-week AMA cohorts per year in the spring (beginning in March) and fall (beginning in September). We hold info session and an open application period before each cohort in late January/February and late July/August. If you want to be notified when the next application period opens, sign up here.
