I want to have a food business at Alchemist Public Market (in the food pods, kitchen, retail store, etc.) How do I connect?
We are glad to hear it! We anticipate a high level of demand for the amenities to be provided at Alchemist Public Market, particularly the kitchen and the food pods. When we open in 2027–and from that point forward–first priority will be given to businesses in our Alchemist Kitchen Incubator Program and second priority will be give to graduates of our Alchemist Microenterprise Academy (AMA). To join the Incubator Program, you must first graduate from AMA. We offer two 12-week AMA cohorts per year in the spring (beginning in March) and fall (beginning in September). We hold info session and an open application period before each cohort in late January/February and late July/August. If you want to be notified when the next application period opens, sign up here. I am an artist. How do I submit a proposal for the murals or sculptures?
The Call for Artist proposals were due on October 3, 2025, by 12 PM PST. Artists and projects were selected and are under development.
I am in the construction trades. How do I get involved building this project?
This project required a federally-compliant open bid process. A General Contractor has been selected and contracted.
