PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New Construction of 9,460 square feet of type 5 structures consisting of two one story structures, which will house a kitchen, café, retail space and office areas; and two food pod structures which will house two small kitchens in each pod. The project will also include new infrastructure, accessory structures and associated site improvements.
